Roshni has over 14 years of consumer marketing experience with FMCG giants like Unilever and Kraft Heinz, among others, leading brand strategy, innovation and communication for large global consumer brands across multiple categories and countries in Asia Pacific. She has extensive expertise in growing and launching brands across emerging markets in APAC and specialises in identifying new market opportunities, and growing large global brands in highly competitive markets of Southeast Asia and India.
She has led large brand turnarounds and returned them to profitable growth after years of decline through innovation and brand building efforts. She also launched a new brand of biscuits in China exclusively on Alibaba. Roshni is data-driven, analytical, and a consumer-first marketer, who brings creative and innovative solutions to complex business problems. Roshni holds a Masters in Business Administration from IIFT, Delhi and a Bachelor in Mathematics from Delhi University.
